the free replacement within 30 days--under the following condition.
a. screen picture is unable normally to demonstrate;
b. unable normally to connect the power source;
c. malfunction with key button
RMA: Within the 1.5 years warranty, the customer will enjoy Anrecson free service.

■ Paid service：
●Under the following situation, the product service belongs to the paid service.
A. surpasses guarantees the solid time.
B. the natural disaster creates damage.
C, human factors creates damage
D. pastes again, forge, tears Anrecson to guarantee the solid bar code (brittle) or the modification bar code (brittle)
● Before the paid service, Anrecson will appraise each product's the lowest expense cost and provide our customer with
a price list of the service. Only after the agreement of both sides Anrecson will carry on the service work.

■ Transport expense payment：
A. DOA: Anrecson undertakes all the exchanging goods' round-trip expense.
B. RMA: The customer undertakes the shipment fee of the goods' return to Anrecson unilaterally;
Anrecson witll undertake that of return the customer.
C. paid service: The customer undertakes all the goods' round-trip expense.

■ Transport mode：
Anrecson returns the customer goods generally by the road freight primarily; For perticular situation which needs quick
transports, aerial transport will be processing after the communication of both sides.

■ The transportation sues for damages：
A. if the goods are the damaged when we receive, we will inform your firm immediately, and ask your firm to contact
the transport courier to be resposible for this.
B. When the customer receives the goods, please first inspect the outward appearance. If it is damaged please refuse
to sign and accept it. And pls inform Anrecson,we will ask shipping company to compensate for this properly.

■ exempts the responsibility to state that：
As Anrecson products belong to electricity product, pls do not use the ammonia water or the ethyl alcohol to clean solvent
to clear either liquid crystal surface, glass surface or outside shell. If products damaged by above action,Anrecson does not
undertake any responsibility.
