2. Image sharpness
The industrial LCD has the function of directly reflecting image quality. In addition, the full 1920*1080 resolution is preferred for the selection of display devices in the field of broadcasting and television. The resolution of professional LCD is automatically adjusted according to the output of display (regardless of vertical or horizontal support).Its high reliability and high-definition display capability will ensure that you can record edited high-definition audio and video signals fully displayed in front of the viewer.Conversely, ordinary displays only support several common TV resolutions specified in the specifications. Because the resolution of the civil display is only a few, LCD only needs to process the effect according to the common resolutions used by the civil users, and the special resolution will lead to the flower screen.
3. Color Reducivity
If the clarity is mainly determined by the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the video channel, the reducibility is mainly determined by the phase of the chroma and brightness signals with red (R), green (G), blue (B) three primary colors in the monitor.Because the monitor usually observes static images, the requirement for color restoration of display is higher than that of TV. Therefore, the video channel of professional display should have precise compensation circuit and delay circuit in brightness, chroma processing and R, G, B processing to ensure the phase synchronization of bright/color signal and R, G, B signal. On the contrary, the image of ordinary display is displayed after polishing due to the requirement of using environment. It can not completely reflect the actual effect.
4.Use of Machine Materials
Due to the requirement of using environment, the shell material of industrial LCD monitor is made of metal.And the internal board and wire are industrialized design, not easy to aging; energy saving and environmental protection concept: low energy consumption design; environmental protection material use. Regular appearance, easy splicing, combination installation and other industrial needs. Conversely, the common display case is all made of non-metallic materials. Internal plate and wire are designed for civil use, and it is easy to cause aging of the machine parts when the machine is turned on for a long time.
5.Port
LCD monitors mostly uses industrial ports such as RGB BNC interface with self-locking mechanism and professional DVI-D video interface; conversely, ordinary LCD does not have BNC self-locking input interface and DVI-D interface.
6.Control interface
Industrial LCD monitor can be controlled by S232 serial port, with more than 200 open control passwords to adapt to various industrial environments. Convenient multi-monitor use, without the need for remote control can control all display equipment, and can assist, timing boot, delayed boot, machine self-inspection and other industrial requirements. Conversely, ordinary liquid crystal can also be controlled by S232 serial port. But only the control instructions of the remote controller can be realized. Industrial control cannot be achieved.
7.Fanless Architecture
Industrial LCD monitor is designed with no mechanical exhaust fan to maintain air circulation and heat dissipation, so as to avoid dust and fan noise problems caused by mechanical exhaust fan. When the internal temperature rises for unknown reasons, the automatic control backlight system of LCD monitor keeps the temperature below the maximum operating temperature. On the contrary, there is no strict requirement for ordinary LCD due to its application environment.
