When we buy lcd splicing large-screen products, we often involve an important parameter, that is, the size of the bezel, the manufacturer will tell us that because of the different seams, the price of the lcd splicing large screen will be very different, then this fight How did the seam come from?

First, how is the seam formed?

We know that most of the current display devices use liquid crystal technology, such as TV, computer monitor, mobile phone screen, lcd splicing large screen, etc., its stability and display effect have been unanimously recognized by the market, so it has become the main a display technology.

However, due to its technical composition, its screen has a certain border around the inside of the liquid crystal body, such as our TV, mobile phone and other screens, there are certain black edges around it. The same is true in the field of lcd splicing, except that its frame is smaller than TV and other products, usually 1 to 3 mm, so the frame of the two lcd screens will be added after splicing. It is called patchwork.

For example, a 3.5mm lcd splicing large screen has a width of 1.8mm for the left and upper borders, and a border of 1.7mm for both the right and the bottom, which is 3.5mm after multi-screen splicing.

Second, what are the main types of patchwork?

At present, according to the technology of each splicing panel manufacturer, the seams of the panels produced are different. From the perspective of the current splicing panel occupancy, Samsung and LG are the two main panel suppliers.

Samsung mainly provides specifications for 5.3mm, 3.5mm, and 1.7mm seams, mainly used in 46-inch, 55-inch, and 65-inch.

LG mainly provides 3.5mm, 1.8mm, and 0.88mm. It is mainly used in 49-inch and 55-inch sizes. Among them, 0.88mm lcd splicing large-screen products is still the world's narrowest seam-stitched panel.

In addition to Samsung and LG, there are other panel brands, such as Sharp and BOE. The seams are mainly 8mm and 4.4mm.

Third, is there a big screen with 0mm bezel?

With the current LCD panel technology, we can't achieve the production of 0 seam panel, so we can only try to reduce the seams as much as possible, but we can solve the problem of seams by other methods. For example, our company launched as early as 2016. Two 0mm seamless splicing screen technologies use LED electronic reduction technology and glass refraction technology to solve the black edge problem.

LED electronic reduction technology is to add a light bar composed of two rows of small-pitch LED lamp beads at the position of the original lcd splicing large screen to restore the occluded image, realize the fusion display of the liquid crystal part and the LED part, thereby achieving full screen No seaming effect.

The glass refraction technology is achieved by adding a layer of glass in front of the liquid crystal screen, and achieving the blanking of the seam by the light refraction technique, and visually achieving the effect of no seam of 0 mm.

When we choose the patchwork model of lcd splicing large screen, we don't have to use small patchwork or 0 patchwork products. It can be decided according to our own needs. If it is used for monitoring display, it can be used for wide spelling. Sewn products, such as 5.3mm and 3.5mm, can be used, because most of the images in the monitor display are split display within a single screen, so the seam has little effect on viewing. If it is used for conference or display occasions, you can use some ultra-narrow side products, such as lg bilateral seams 0.88mm 55 inch lcd splicing screen.
