In the process of using, if the industrial tablet computer with capacitive screen changes its resolution or display mode, it must re-calibrate the touch screen system.
Failure to install multiple touch drivers can easily lead to conflicts in the operation of industrial panels systems, thus making the touch screen unable to work properly.
III. Infrared Screen and Surface Sound Screen
Touch modes such as infrared screen and surface acoustic screen require a clean working environment. The screen of industrial panel needs to be cleaned regularly. Otherwise, dust will affect the correct positioning of touch screen.
IV. Other Issues
The position touched by the finger does not coincide with the mouse arrow.
Because the industrial panel after installing the driver, when correcting the position, there is no vertical touching the center of the target center, it can be corrected again.
After installing the driver, pay attention to the details of the system error. "No control card found", "touch screen not connected" and so on, check the corresponding parts according to the prompt.
Touch moving direction is opposite to cursor moving direction
If the user operates the touch screen, the direction of the touch movement is left, while the cursor of the industrial tablet computer moves to the right, it may be because the connection between the control box and the touch screen is reversed or the left and right position of the touch screen is reversed, just need to change the direction again.
