The first type: LED compensation technology


Remove the four frames on the front part of the original LCD screen, and keep the side parts to ensure that the liquid crystal body does not leak. Add an LED strip of the same width to the frame position. The strip is packaged by two rows of small-pitch LEDs. And connected with the circuit inside the LCD splicing screen to achieve integrated power supply. The LED part and the liquid crystal part are perfectly fitted together, so that when the image is turned on, the LED part can redisplay the lost image, so that there is no stitching gap on the front side, and naturally there is no black side effect, the whole screen After splicing, the vision is completely accessible.


The advantage of this technology is that it retains all the display characteristics of the LCD splicing screen, such as resolution, brightness, contrast, etc., and also solves the black edge problem that plagues the user, and realizes the fusion of liquid crystal and LED. The disadvantage is that it is still a technique for indirectly achieving seamless splicing display. It does not directly solve the problem of panel splicing. However, under the current technical conditions, only this technology can maintain the original display characteristics of the LCD. Also solved the problem of seams.

Second: optical refraction technology


This technology uses the principle of light refraction. A special glass of custom glass is added to the front of the original LCD splicing screen, and the four sides are beveled to form an angle between the screen and the screen. Refraction of light, the physical black edge of the original splicing will be refracted by the glass, so that the black edge can not be seen visually, achieving the effect of seamless splicing.


The advantage of this technology is that the structure is simple, and seamless splicing can also be achieved. The disadvantage is that the thickness of the entire screen is increased, the weight is relatively heavy, and the technical requirements are relatively high.


At present, the minimum seam of the LCD splicing screen can be doubled 0.88mm. Although the black border between the screens is much smaller than in the past, there will still be a more obvious black line in the near view, which is for some data display and video conference. The influence of such occasions is very large, so seamless splicing display is also the trend of the times. After all, in the high-end large-screen display market, DLP and small-pitch LEDs have always been the world.
