2. Absolute coordinate system. The touchscreen is the absolute coordinate system. The essential difference between the direct location and the relative location system of mouse is intuitive. The absolute coordinate system is characterized by the fact that every positioning coordinate has nothing to do with the last positioning coordinate. The touch screen is physically independent of the coordinate positioning system, and the data of each touch is changed to the coordinates on the screen through calibration. This requires that the output data of the same point of the touch screen is stable under any circumstances. If it is not stable, then the touch screen can not guarantee the absolute coordinate positioning. The principle of technology can not guarantee that touching the same touchscreen with the same sampling data can not avoid the problem of drift.
3, detect touch and locate. All kinds of touch-screen technology rely on their sensors to work, and some touch screens are a set of sensors themselves. Their positioning principles and their respective sensors determine the speed, reliability, stability and life of the touch screen. The way of touch screen also determines how to recognize the multi touch problem. That is, how to touch more than one touch at the same time?
