The use of LCD splicing screens in the contemporary era is very high, and it has now been used in many industries. Although the failure rate of the LCD splicing screen is very low in the display product, it is inevitable that some minor problems will occur during installation or later use. A problem like chromatic aberration is a type of glitch that often occurs.
So why does the LCD splicing screen cause chromatic aberration?
If the brightness and chromaticity of the LCD splicing screen are inconsistent, the brightness and chromaticity of the screen will be inconsistent. Usually, it is expressed as a part of the display screen that is particularly bright or particularly dark, that is, the so-called mosaic and flower screen phenomenon.
From a single individual, the reason for the difference in luminance and chromatic aberration is mainly due to the physical characteristics inherent in the LED backlight - discrete. That is, due to the manufacturing process, the photoelectric parameters of each LED backlight may not be all agreed. Even in the same batch, the brightness may have a deviation of 3% to 5%.

Since the led backlight is a self-illuminating light source body. And the luminous intensity is proportional to the current supplied to it within a certain range. Therefore, by properly controlling the drive current during the design, fabrication, installation and commissioning of the circuit, the brightness difference can be minimized.
How to solve the LCD splicing screen after the chromatic aberration?
The color difference is mainly due to the wavelength difference between the LED backlights, and the wavelength is a fixed optical parameter. The latter is impossible to change. So it can be said. The color difference is caused by the difference in the photoelectric physical properties between the individual LED backlights. As long as the LEDs with small differences are used on one display screen, the problem of chromatic aberration can be completely solved.
Solution: Select the same batch of led. The operation is simple, the cost is not high, and the difference can be effectively controlled to a large extent, and the chromaticity is consistent, which can basically meet the actual needs of many LED manufacturers.
Generally, in the user's use, if the LCD splicing screen has similar failures, it should be promptly fed back to the LCD splicing screen manufacturer to solve the problem, and it is not allowed to perform maintenance without authorization, so as to avoid secondary damage to the LCD splicing screen.
